Sleeper FAQs
What is the default Sleeper scoring format?
Sleeper uses half-PPR by default (0.5 points per reception), with 4 points per passing TD, 6 points per rushing or receiving TD, and -1 per FG miss. League commissioners can switch to full PPR or standard from the league settings.
What does Sleeper pts PPR mean?
On Sleeper, the PTS column is a player's total fantasy points and PPR refers to the reception setting. Sleeper's default is half-PPR, so each catch adds 0.5 points; in a full PPR league it adds 1.0, and in standard it adds 0. So a Sleeper PPR points total is the base score (yards, touchdowns, turnovers) plus whatever the league awards per reception.
How is Sleeper scoring different from ESPN or Yahoo?
Default scoring is nearly identical: half-PPR, 4-pt passing TDs. Sleeper differs more in roster flexibility (taxi squads, IR slots, dynasty support) than in weekly scoring math.
Does Sleeper support superflex and dynasty?
Yes. Sleeper is the most popular platform for dynasty, devy, and superflex leagues. The scoring rules in this calculator apply equally to all those formats.
